Great hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location.

The location, very near the airport, shopping malls are walking distance as well as restaurants.

Location is very convenient to a lot of places we liked to visit.

we just really need a place to stay for the night... the room is clean. the shampoo/body wash, conditioner, and hand wash are aromatic. the staff are very friendly. special commendation to sir immanuel 😁

Great location in the middle of the city centre great to get to everywhere. We used it as a pit stop to the islands and had great food down stairs in the cafe, close to bars to have a drink, great spa (n’utopia) around the corner a few doors down from a money exchange. So perfect for what we needed. Rooms are clean and spacious. Gym is small but all you need. Pool is good also. The only shock we had was the smoking area, due to the clean air policy there is no smoking on the streets of Manila, so the smoking area is small and univiting.

Very nice room ,clean,pool was lovely .Staff were very helpful .The coffee house and restaurant situated in the sphere were both clean and food was very good .

PROS - Good service and friendly staff (props to Jovy of Little Flour for remembering our names and to the entire housekeeping team for finding my lost items) - Location is close to many key areas in Makati (e.g. malls, restaurants, offices, embassies) CONS - Strong smell of cigarette smoke in public areas, especially hallways and elevators. Management isn't able to control other tenants who smoke in their rooms or reek of smoke when using public areas. We were told the other floors are being used as "dorms" or sleeping quarters of mainland Chinese workers who smoke a lot. - Wifi was extremely slow and connection was intermittent. We used our mobile hotspot instead. - Some amenities were not clean (e.g. dead fly on blanket, multiple stains in bathroom) - Shower area tends to be flooded because only a small part of the area is enclosed

The staff were amazing, so lovely, so helpful and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and big!
