Great location, close to a train station. Very stylish, new, clean and the luggage storage service was brilliant. Service was great. Highly recommend this hotel.

The good thing about the hotel is the close metro and parks. The bad things are the VERY small rooms, pictures online have been taken by wide lense camera so the rooms look big, trust me, they are not. If you have a dust allergy or asthma dont go, vents are not cleaned and were packed with dust and floors are carpeted with big stains. Waching machines uses cold water and you need to buy detergent in the supermarket downstairs, do not trust the staff when they say the machine automatically give detergent.

There are the dock and yurikamome line in fornt of the hotel. Check-in and Check-out are very easy to use at the machine. When I had any troubles and something to need, all stuff would help me kindly and sincerly. There are daily changing towels and throwing out trash and temporary room-cleansing service. This was the very advanced and reasonable service I have experienced ever. I willing to visit this hotel for my next trip to Japan.

We only stayed one night. The rooms are very small, but for one night ok. Metro and supermarket are directly in the hotel, very good!

Was here for rugby World Cup. Fantastic location, helpful and friendly staff. Loved the decor.
