Short of staff
The service was excellent, but they have just one person working at the front desk, because of that, every time we went for a quick question or a coffee - the same person is the one in charge of the Starbucks cafe- she/he was busy. But for everything else, it was perfect

$12 to park in the motel's large, empty, suburban setting? That's nuts. Kids running, jumping, and banging doors til midnight. Started up again at 6:00 am. Staff did zip to quiet things down.

Lovely hotel! Beds are very comfortable. Marshmallow pillows! Love that. Very clean! Great showers! Only bad point was we had a really hard time opening the blinds. In fact we didn’t.

Excellent stay. Great hotel! Had one issue. The TV wasn’t working kept shutting off. But the hotel was very accommodating. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Very nice!
There was ample room in the parking lot for my sister’s Uhaul moving van. The only downside was that we were 3 hrs hours late after driving 12 hrs so missed enjoying the time at the hotel. I loved the room decor and the bed was very comfortable Because of Covid there was no breakfast and we decided not to spend $5 on the grab and go bags.
