羅馬假期酒店 - 坎波菲奧里 - 羅馬

This was an incredibly nice apartment with a perfect location and very good facilities. There was plenty of hot water and a comfortable shower (which is oftentimes hard to get in Rome). There were, however, a few downsides regarding the service. First of all, it took over a half hour for someone to let us in, despite the fact that I was very precise about when we would arrive. When we actually did arrive, I was told he would be there in 5 minutes but it turned into 30. My experience doing these kinds of rentals in Rome is that someone is always there waiting for us, so this did not meet my expectations. In addition, I had requested that the sofa bed be made, but it wasn't. It was eventually made for us, but I think we shouldn't have had to ask for that a second time. The final problem was that, while there was an easy and secure place to leave our luggage near the door of the apartment, the owner would not let us leave the luggage while we did some extra sightseeing. Instead, we had to pay 7 euros per bag to leave them somewhere else. Again, this does not match my experience and expectations for this kind of rental. All in all, though, I think this is a very good, comfortable, central, charming place.
