Hidden gem in South Beach Miami

This hotel is amazing! Beautifully styled by Argentinean designer and great friendly people working at the hotel. Felt very welcomed and seen at all time. We had a great room with direct entrance to the pool, gorgeous! Beds were great as well. Highly recommend this hidden gem in South Beach and will definitely return!

We were extremely disappointed with our room. It was located on the first floor with window directly facing a wall, leaving no exposure to light. It felt like we were in a prison cell. In addition, the kitchen was nearby, and throughout the early morning we were constantly awoken by staff opening and closing the loud door. We couldn’t wait to go home and sleep peacefully. The property overall looks nice, staff was great, but the room made for a horrible experience.

Awesome hotel - will be back!

The Lennox was amazing!! The entire hotel was clean, the room was spacious enough for the Hubby and I, and the courtyard with the pool was so beautiful and relaxing. The service was great as well with them accommodating our late flight by letting us store our bags there after check out. Every staff member we encountered was lovely and always smiling. The location was ideal in that it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive and Espanola Way! The added bonus of having free beach chairs and an umbrella a block away was fantastic as well. If ever traveling to Miami Beach again, the Lennox would be our first and only pick for lodging!

A great place to stay! Patio was great.

We loved our stay at Lennox Hotel! Our main priority in picking a place to stay was making sure we would have a patio and the one we had did not disappoint! The customer service was amazing from the second we walked up to the door. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel, other than a few hours hanging by the pool, but for what we needed it was perfect. The rooms were on the smaller side but since we didn’t spend much time in them and we had a patio, it didn’t matter. The bathroom was nice and big, though! We will definitely be back.

It was great. The hotel is very well maintained. The service was fantastic. It would have been great if the bar/restaurant was open, but with Covid I understand.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff was so accommodating and friendly, providing whatever was needed as soon as it was requested. The facilities are gorgeous and rooms are very clean and well stocked. Covid precautions were satisfactory, as well. Two thumbs up!

I liked how nice the lobby smelled when you first walk in, I also liked the music and vibe at the pool . I did not like the incredibly overpriced drinks at the pool, or how people left their towels there all day untouched to keep the chair. Its not fair because there are very few chairs available.

A bit disappointing

Had great reviews and a personal recommendation, but as a seasoned traveler, it was a bit disappointing. Covid aside, they need to up their game in the service area. Rooms only cleaned after the third day. No organized towel service. Had to ask MULTIPLE times before getting fresh ones. How about a bag with dirty ones guests leave outside then fresh ones delivered? That’s what other hotels do. Also had to ask numerous times for more coffee pods and fresh cups. Got the pods, had to drink out of dirty cups. Staff was friendly and kept asking if they could do anything else, but I stopped asking when requests weren’t fulfilled. Advertised breakfast, which was serviced by the same waiter that was also the pool attendant and bartender. Continental breakfast that could have been set out instead of waiting for a croissant and some coffee. Overall, nice place, but pretty obviously understaffed.

Rooms were okay but could do with some improvements to make them more comfortable, eg somewhere to hang coats - people that live in colder states have coats, a chair to sit on - the only place to sit was the bed, more surface space in the bathroom required- there was no where to place our toiletries, power outlets were in an awkward place. We were there for 5 nights and were told our room was to be cleaned on the third day. It was not - the bathroom was not cleaned, the bedroom was not swept/vacuumed, bedsheets were not changed as promised and we had to ask for the room to be serviced because they were focusing on the rooms where people had left trying to turn them around. The hotel management dealt with the room problem but really we should not have had to complain
