The room was great, except for the partially eaten sub sandwich in the fridge. There are 2 doors into the windowless suite, but the key only worked on one of them, and sometimes it was one, and other times, the other one? very strange. Room was good, only bad moment was when we opened the sofa bed to use it. No sheets or bedding and the mattress was beyond pee stained.. it was super soiled. It was 11 pm , we called the desk for bedding and pillows and they responded promptly. We didn’t mention the mattress being the hour of night and we wanted to go to bed. The mattress should have been thrown away. They should check them before renting the room.

Large rooms, clean, comfortable and easy parking. We didn’t use the kitchen because there were so many dining options nearby but it had everything in it to cook if you wanted too. Breakfast had a large variety.

Parking is across the street from hotel. Not very secure. Hotel check in was supposed to be 4pm. We arrived at 445pm and we were told our room wasn't ready. We finally were able to check in around 6pm!!! Ridiculous!!!!!! Rude staff at front desk. The only helpful person was a guy who I believe was the manager. The rest of the employees at the front desk didn't care or seem to have a clue about anything. No one apologized for inconvenience & were not given a discount for anything. We will never be returning here again!

We didn’t use the hotel’s wifi. There was a used towel hanging at the back of the bathroom door and dirty utensils in the dishwasher. The nightstand, tv console and table surfaces were dusty. The tv was not plugged in at the back as well! We’ve informed the guy at the reception right away and he did apologize. But, unfortunately didn’t rectify the situation. We’ve called and requested for bed linens and pillows that took us more than 30 minutes to wait. The guy at the reception said he’ll bring them “when he get the chance.”. There were no other staffs around aside from the two guys at the reception. I have to go down and get them myself as we’re all tired especially the kids, from the long travel. We also took the initiative to at least dust off the surfaces so that we can already prepare for sleep. I was not comfortable and feel unsafe with the parking area as It was across the street and in an open area. Despite of it all, bathroom was new, bed was comfortable and the AC was good!

Everything was fine except the gal at the counter said we only had one room when we actually had reserved two rooms. So the other couple with us scrambled to find another room. She really screwed up as we contacted hotels .com later and yes we actually had two rooms. Not good!
