Fabulous location a short drive or park & ride bus from the city centre. Lovely setting and well maintained. Staff were friendly and happy to assist. Food was lovely, with a nice selection for breakfast. Rooms were well designed and spacious, with a lovely private courtyard. Loved being able to have my dog with me and she was even permitted in the bar and breakfast room (not in main area near breakfast bar, which was fine as I had company to watch her). Would stay again 😁

Overall the room was ok. Spacious enough, however very warm and only means of air was a very loud portable fan in the eoom. You could open the window wide enough for someone to hop into the room. You need to ensure you've requested a twin, otherwise you'll end up with a double. Gluten free options for breakfast and dinner were gratefully received

Great accommodation, food at the pub was really good, friendly staff. The room was really warm but easily adjustable if too warm/cold. Bed was good for bad backs. The park and ride into Bath was 2 mins in the car so easily walkable. Cost us less than £3 each on the park and ride, that was for return trip and parking.

Lovely little countryside pub hotel which backs onto the Bath racecourse ahead of an event which I was attending. Lovely clean room and comfy bed with great shower. The only downside was the pub tables being a little dirty with crumbs that weren't cleared from previous diners, and doors slamming a little loudly. No aircon but appreciated the fan provided in the room :)
