Quiet, clean and friendly. Bathroom on the small side, but adequate. Had a pleasant stay.

The location was great close to restaurants and bars. Unfortunately, the room needs to be updated and or a Deep cleaning. The pool was green and closed.

It's a dump. Ants walking on the sink and floor. Preused, not fresh sheets just folded back over. Long brown hairs indide the sheets and on the cover. Dirty crumbs on the floor.
Ben, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

This stay was OK, but that's it. It was a busy week so it was expensive. So I would recommend one stays at a less busy time and you will be happier.

Better than expected

For a road side motel it was clean, cute, and quiet. Some amenities were lacking (washers were not working properly and we didn’t have towels in the room) but otherwise I was pleasantly surprised by the room.

The sink is outside the restroom. The room has the microwave.

Nice front desk people. The Inn is next to a trailer park. The air unit was super loud. The bathroom drain didn’t work and flooded when you showered. Soap dispensers were empty.

Nice motel

A great place if you want a no frills, inexpensive motel. The service was OUTSTANDING. I chose not to have housekeeping during my stay, but regardless, the on site manager asked me daily if there was anything I needed. They are dog friendly (extra fee) I will stay there again. Parking is a bit tight for larger trucks and vans, but there is convient and safe parking on the street.

Room 101 has no shampoo, needs a lot maintenance and improvement.

2/10 Poor

This property is a one star best. It was not clean, there were ants in the hotel room, the toilet had not been cleaned in sometime, The bed wasn’t comfortable, it was extremely dated, the pool was green, and there was trash outside of our door when we walked in for the first time. I’m not sure I’d stay here if this place was free.

Clean front, dirty inside

The check in was fast. However the room felt short in cleanliness. The floors were dirty with lots of dust and hair. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom. There were toiletries dispensers but the shampoo and body was were empty. I wanted to use the pool but this one was closed and for the looks of it for a very long time. Overall if you dont have another option, stay there but if not, I would suggest you look for an alternative or another town to stay

Needed to stop someplace to sleep along our journey home and didn’t want to spend a fortune on a hotel for less than 8 hrs but you get what you pay for. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some weeks, toilet bowl was visibly dirty. Beds were so lumpy and creaky. The AC unit was so loud it made it impossible to sleep the whole night. The only saving grace of this hotel is that the front staff was very nice and helpful.

Drive on by

The front desk lady was very nice. The room was stinky. The toilet did not flush. I had to reach into the back bowl to flush it. The AC smelled. The bed was clean and comfortable. There are permanent Lins. A mom and Daughter had a big argument downstairs. There was a cardboard in a broken glass window from a room. A notice was on the window for quarantined animal. The icemaker did not work. I was in an emergency situation and needed a room for the night. Otherwise, I would not have stayed there.

cheap room not always the best

Of all the hotels in the area available was certainly the least expensive, but definitely had some issues; the bed sheets had holes and some small stains, and something gritty between the sheets??? detergent powder remaining from washing? not sure really, but was last room available, so no room to change to; also, the window air conditioner kicked in the compressor loudly every 4 - 5 minutes. Had to sacrifice the cooled air, for outside air just so we could sleep.

Our experience

The room was clean and looks good. The bed was not spring supported, so your body will kinda sinks into the mattress. Not very comfortable sleep. They only provided one towel for two people. The shampoo and body wash dispenser didn’t dispense. Parking is very tight squeeze for suvs and trucks. The staff were friendly though. The room looks good, but functionally, it misses some of the marks.

We were allowed to check into a room that had not been cleaned. Dirty bed sheets, dirty restroom, sinks, etc. When we made the front desk clerk aware and asked for clean sheets. She said people don’t normally check in at 3 so it’s possible it wasn’t cleaned yet, even though check in is 3pm. We were willing to make it work and change the sheets ourselves however after several attempts of the giving us questionable cleanliness and wrong sized sheets, we opted to leave. Do not recommend.

The fridge was very dirty and I could not put anything in it. There are no lamps on the bedside tables. The only lights are very harsh very bright led type lights. There was a razor top left in the shower from a previous guest. There were ants and mosquitoes in the room. There were what appeared to be bold stains on some bed linens. But not totally terrible for the price.
Jon, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Paid for two rooms. One didn’t have any hand soap, shampoo and body wash. One room had a crappy AC. My husband asked for another room and it was the same old AC so we decided to stay in the original room next to his parents. The toilet had a ring of dirt , I guess it needs deep cleaning. The rooms had a refrigerator and microwave, those worked fine. The pool was green , I guess no one would like to use it that way. The office wasn’t clean and with a horrible appearance. The area was quiet and the mattress comfy although the sheets are old they were clean. The shower has enough hot water. For a place with three digits heat they need a better air conditioner. The first night it was so hot and the ac wouldn’t cool the room for hours, didn’t sleep well that night. There was no house keeping done in both rooms and we stayed for two nights. Will definitely not stay here again.

The location of this property to restaurants, etc. in the small town of Bishop are the only positive I can give. The rest ranged from disappointing to disgusting. The room wreaked of a bad smell when we first opened the door and remained until we left (two nights total). The air conditioner was broken -- it blew warm air. The "filter needs changing" light was on. Just below the air conditioner was the sink, which did not work at all. The likely reason was that the water hose running from the wall to the faucet was lying loose on the countertop. The trim around the beds was tattered and soiled. The bathroom was bare, and it looked like chewing from either terrestrial termites or ants had spewed from a crack in the wall. During the first night, small dogs barked in the adjacent room nonstop. The water in the swimming pool was a dark brown. The only reason we stayed the second night was that there were absolutely no vacancies in nearby hotels due to the Labor Day weekend. This property took first place as worst hotel I've ever stayed in (saying a lot since I've stayed in pretty spartan places). I would stay away unless absolutely necessary
