Overall, the hotel was great. Good staff at reception. The room cleanliness was fairly poor: we didn’t use the kitchen and only in the last day of our stay did we find out that the trash bin wasn’t cleaned up after the previous guests. Fortunately, it was only dry trash and didn’t smell.

This place is well located - 5 minutes walk to the old town. The staff and friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the big draw for us was the laundry facility. The rooms are a bit oddly laid out, and there's scarcely any room to step out beside the bed.But overall I'd recommend it and we'd go back.

There’s no phone in the room, and housekeeping only provides minimal service. It does not even offer shower cap!!! While the hotel is close to the train station, the surrounding area feels unsafe due to the presence of questionable individuals, especially in the evenings. It’s also quite noisy at night, making it difficult to rest. Overall, the hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. It falls short in terms of service, comfort, and atmosphere. It is simply not worth the four-star rating or the price being charged.

The air conditioning was perfect. Hotel is interesting as it is home style living. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and towels as it doesn’t seem they clean each room every day of your stay.

Great property as a family of 4 to have a small apartment with 2 rooms and a kitchen. It was modern, clean and had a nice daily buffet breakfast. It was also lovely to have a large balcony with a table and 4 chairs plus a lounge chair that overlooked a beautiful courtyard.
