Not a wow experience but recommendable just the same. Comfortable beds a linens, breakfast was there, nothing to write home about, but it did the trick. They didn't offer a second coffee but I got one at the airport, coffees addict here. Great location.

Schlechtes Hotel
Preis/ Leistung sehr schlecht, selten so enttäuscht gewesen. Kurz ein paar Punkte: 1. kein WLAN bzw. Wifi im Zimmer Antwort Hotel= neues System 2. Frühstück nur in Plastik verpacktes Essen, selbst Teller und Besteck ist in Plastik verpackt = kein Geschmack & gar nicht umweltfreundlich 3. lunchpacket bestellt da wir um 6Uhr auf ein Schiff sind. Alles kein Problem wir sind 24h an der Rezeption und wenn nicht legen wir euch das Packet an die Theke = es war keinen an der Rezeption und vor allem kein lunchpacket 4. TV kaputt Weitere Punkte erspare ich mir… Fazit wer bucht ist selbst Schuld und wenn doch am besten ohne Frühstück.

Nice hotel, but Room #11 is terrible
Overall, the hotel was well located, with friendly staff and a delicious breakfast. My complaint is our particular room (#11), which was surrounded by hallways on 3 sides and had no exterior windows for ventilation (the result of a poorly planned addition to the building). The bedroom "window" faced directly into one hallway, and the shower "window" faced the back of a sheetrocked-over wall of an adjacent room. Overall I recommend the hotel, but do not let them give you room #11.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was over the top delicious. Provided us with a boxed lunch on the day that we had an early morning excursion. We liked it so much that we cancelled another booking and stayed there again on our way back from our northern destinations.

This is a diamond in the rough. From the outside, you would never expect such a nice clean place inside. The room was clean and modern. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. And, a nice breakfast was included. If you just need a clean quiet place to spend the night, this is the place.

Hôtel bruyant, on a eu l'air de déranger la personne qui nous avait préparé le petit déjeuner, aucun sourire, la tête sur son portable en permanence. Pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain.

We stay two nights in this hotel. The room is small but quiet with a large hot water heater and a large bed. It is very comfortable. There is no elevator, but it only has two storey. You need to carry your luggage up to your room. Front desk people are friendly but some with limited English and some are very good in English. Restaurant downstairs is convenient with good food.

Good people and pies
The people at the front desk were very friendly!! Their pies were delicious. The rooms matched decently with pictures I saw. Smaller and beds placed where they could fit (there was one double and a full at the foot). Not a big room but it matched my expectation.

This is truly a “boutique” hotel with only 11 rooms. I don’t speak a lick of Spanish and the staff was extremely accommodating and patient. It is walking distance to most everything you’d want in Punta Arenas. The restaurant is nice and very convenient and they even brought my dinner to my room when I asked.
