They have nice gardens, but the interior of the room is old and empty. I heard other guests, including myself, complaining that the air conditioning is not working properly. This hotel hosts a lot of local business and private parties, almost every day, resulting in their service staff being focused on taking care of the guests who come to host the meeting, and not taking good care of the guests staying in the hotel. The hotel only has one restaurant, and eating is always like that. If it weren't for the old-fashioned American style of the garden and hotel corridors, it would feel like it's not worth living here, because after all, guests don't live in the garden, they live in the room. And the garden is almost occupied by business conference groups coming from outside every day. Another thing is that the hotel does not have self parking, only valet parking service. There are many cars for various business groups every day. One day, we had to go out for a meal, but we couldn't wait in line to collect our own car. We were forced to tip more to get our own car. As a result, after two hours of eating, the pick-up team was still in line. This situation occurs very frequently. In short, this hotel is not friendly to ordinary travelers, and it is a good place for company annual meetings or wedding banquets, dances or art exhibitions, etc.
