I stayed in the remodeled or updated area so everything was good. I would never eat their breakfast, it is just sugar but that wasn’t important to me. I would stay again if able to get same room!

When we got in the room non of the lights was working the room was really cold we put the heat on on the highest # and it was still cold i went to get a towel to use it and it was really really dirty and had black spots on it i will never go to that hotel ever again the hot tub was not like the picture at all and was broken i will never go there again.

Do not recommend if your looking for a clean place

Checked in and checked back out after seeing hotel premises and room. Walked into room and didn't want to touch anything or sit on anything. Looked NOTHING like the photos. The photos must be from when the place opened, it was gross. The chairs, the walls, we didn't even want to touch anything. We checked out, when the clerk asked why I advised it was nothing like the photos and we didn't feel safe or comfortable staying and it was not clean. He said he wished there was something he could do. Would NOT recommend this place, it needs a overhaul, feels like you'd quite possibly get bed bugs just walking into the place. Also there were people hanging out outusde in the parking lot that seemed as if they might possibly be living there or homeless.

When we got there a man was irate compaining about the room being dirty and bed bugs. The attendant got scared and closed the window and thretened to call police. He appologized to me and said rooms were clean and if I saw bugs come back down to desk. nervously I entered room and went straight to matress found a bed bug videoed it and took it to him. He asked me you found "YOU FOUND ONE BUG". I asked how many did I need to find? Got a refund and left.

Rooms were dirty, had to change room 4 times wouldn’t give refund so I just left. Used adult diaper was in one room, other room had no fridge and lights were broken, one room was missing the shower head, another the wall unit was broken and sounded like a generator so they showed the last room and didn’t notice till later on the heat was broken and they wouldn’t change the room any more and they wouldn’t refund

The receptionist started off with poor service and an attitude, put me in a room I didn't book that hadn't been cleaned, then once placed in the correct booking that room also wasn't cleaned and the receptionist wouldn't correct the mistake nor gave a refund. Never again.

There was only one towel, no wash cloth. The door was bent in like it was bashed in ten times. And the door would open like two inches without a key. The floors were dirty, towel racks broken off wall, sheets dirty, walls and furniture scraped up and broken. Five outlets didn't work. Overall scary to stay at and a terrible experience
