Super amazing stay. Fantastic location, place and especially the panaromic room that oversee the Matterhorn! You will be able to see the golden flow on the Matterhorn at sunrise. Our stay at Alpen resort was magical. Could be that Switzerland is magical but this resort was wonderful. We should have planned more nights here. Views are incredible and the ease of getting to r restaurants or anywhere in Zermatt was easy. We had 5 people traveling and the room with the loft was perfect. We used the spa and the pool area and it was also beautiful. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We did the 6.5 mile 5 lakes hike, definitely recommend, and came back to relax in the pool and hot tub. We will definitely be back. 💕
