The reception staff rushed through the check-in process and did not inform me about the pool and gym opening hours, so I missed my chance to exercise on the first day. When I later asked both the reception staff and the staff in the gym/pool area, I received conflicting information about the closing time, with a discrepancy of two hours.
There were also quite a few grammar and spelling mistakes on the half-board menu, which led to some confusion when my order arrived.
