The room was very clean .The staff was very nice and helpful. Kitchen was nice perfect for small meals and warming up left overs.Location was perfect close to everything.Beach was very close and there was a place to rent umbrellas and chairs at beach. The only thing I didn't like was dumpster being emptied by truck and banging at six in morning and dogs barking at night and early morning but that's acceptable at a dog friendly hotel.Over all good value for the money and I had a decent time

My wife and I stayed at Barefoot for our 5 year anniversary. We just wanted a simple trip at a clean stay that was close enough to the beach so we could relax. That's exactly what we got, I'd even say a little more. Staff was super friendly, informative & available. For the price we paid, I honestly didn't expect our room to be as clean as it was. This place is definitely a bargain compared to the surrounding stays. Free parking (which they give you key card for the lift gate) and a short 2 min walk (if you're taking your time) to the beach. This may be our new yearly tradition. Great spot!

We had a great family stay at this motel! The location is close to everything- beach, restaurants, activities, board walk. Free parking and WiFi. We enjoyed the deck that you receive with your room. The room amenities were nice- kitchenette! Only issue we had was with our house keeping. They only can once to clean our room and did not clean much when they did come. Our sheets were never changed. I think that’s normal though for motels. The bed and sheets were sandy when we came. The stag was very friendly! We would recommend staying.
