What a lovely hotel! The staff were friendly and easy-going. My room was quiet and clean. I liked the text message communication. I asked the chatbot for an extra blankie and a human brought me on! (Seattle is cold.) The location was perfect for a show at the Paramount. You can walk to Whole Foods and a variety of restaurants. The pier is about 26 minutes. Use a Seattle parking app. I parked for $24/hr in the children's hospital lot a block away.

The room was mostly clean. We did find a pair of dirty socks left behind, in a drawer. The pool was perfect for the kids since it doesn’t get deeper than 3ft 5in. The biggest let down was breakfast not being complimentary. It was restaurant pricing and really disappointing after paying $60 more than hotels.com said it would be. Staff was amazing though! Every single one was kind, helpful, and informative!
