This room is very clean with a well working new air-conditioner and a small water heater in the bathroom for a shower. It has a safe and small kitchenette. There is no view from the room but for the walls outside as buildings literally surround it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel does not have an elevator so be prepared to lift your baggage all the way up the narrow stairs. The entrance to this hotel is literally as wide as a small door. Easy to miss if you are not aware of a Landmark- across Lucifer's or the go-go bar next to it. It is bang on walking street for those who are interested in the fantastic nightlife, go-go bars and a short walk away from infamous beach road. Lots of restaurants with a variety of food. Fantastic value for the money. Will definitely be staying here again.

Walking Street Guest House ~ The best

I love Walking Street Guest House💕 The manager TOK is excellent. She and her staff are always here to help with everything a traveler would need. Very accommodating and understanding. I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here. The best hotel to stay in Pattaya! Very good price, stellar location on walking street, awesome manager & staff, and best deal for your time & money in Pattaya.

Right in the midst of walking street. Crazy fun crazy loud. Booked 5 nights stayed 2 used for luggage drop point to explore other overnight venues. Went great even forgot to lock safe for one overnight adventure. Would highly recommend for men looking for adventure thai style

They gave my room to someone else and i did not have a room. They refused to give me another room or refund me. Complete fraud! Do not book here!! My friend had a reservation and the same thing happened to him. This hotel is a scam property.

Myself and a friend stayed here for 7 days. This was our first ever trip to thailand and to pattaya. Guesthouse on walking st was a really good first experience. The price per room is extremely cheap and for how little the price is the rooms are pretty clean and well maintain and decent space. The staff are friendly and it is staffed 24/7 so thats extremely helpful if you're checking in super late. We are currently staying at guesthouse in bangkok on sukumvit 20 now and omg..... its like night and day.... the rooms here are extremely disgusting and they all smell of mold....... stay away from guesthouse on sukumvit 20 in bangkok..... all of the advertisement photos are fake and not real picfures of the actual rooms. My room is leaking water from the toilet plumbing.......

Un des pires séjours que j’ai fait ! Ma chambre était au-dessus de la boîte de nuit. Non insonorisée impossible de dormir avant 5h du matin. Climatisation non fonctionnelle. Escaliers très raides. J’ai cru dans la note globale donnée par les clients. Une horreur.

This is a short term hotel between two dance clubs and is used by working girls for short term customers. The photo on the site looks bright and clean. Trust me, it’s not. Not sure why anyone would want to stay here. I didn’t stay. I turned around and walked out and found another hotel.

Malheureusement nous navons passé qu'un quart d'heure dans la chambre. A notre arrivée, chambre très très modeste et triste ( les photos sont un peu enjolivées), salle de bain sommaire et pas de fenêtre. Un énorme cafard de 7 ou 8 cm se promenait sur le mur, ce qui nous a fait fuir. La réceptionniste était désolée, a proposé de faire contrôler la chambre et de la renettoyer, elle nous a proposé egalement de changer de chambre, nous avons refusé et preferé changer d'hôtel même en perdant les frais.
