I totally enjoyed the stay, the parking garage arrangements were well done. The staff was super helpful, the restaurants we visited and room service were great. I loved the art throughout the hotel, the mix of stories about famous celebrities as well as ghost stories really made the place feel special. A lot of nice touches in design. The technology was good too, wifi, tvs capable of connecting to one's phone, it was all good. I hope to return and would highly recommend for a fun time exploring NYC's mid to lower Manhattan.

Sauna was great, building is old but beautiful. Rooms were very clean, staff were helpful. It’s very accessible to most shops, wine shop a few doors away, target was 5 minutes away, lots of places to eat and shop, you can walk to Macy’s and time square.
