Le séjour était vraiment incroyable. L'emplacement sur une colline avec vue sur le village de Bonnieux est extraordinaire. L'hôtel est très beau, les deux restaurants sont excellents. The Bistro Restaurant was unfortunately awful. The service was extremely bad and my wife ordered an entrecote whih was not edible. Breakfast service was extremely slow, we had to wait 40 mins toget some bread. The Champagne we ordered and drank before dinner - splendid view btw - was hevaily overpriced for what it was, EUR 35/glass for a mediocre Champagne.
