The sink was clogged and the conditions of the walls could be better. The other guests were really noisy, especially in the morning and at midnight.

Donā€™t book this hotel! I never do reviews but this time I felt I had to. The staff is horrible. The doors are locked and opened by staff. Several times I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff to open or hope a guest is leaving through the door to open. The staff are not helpful and you have to figure things out by yourself. The shades in the room donā€™t block the light and the sun woke me up early every morning. It was very difficult to sleep when the sun was out. This hotel made my stay a horrible experience.

Tive uma experiĆŖncia muito boa. Ao chegar no hotel tivemos um problema no quarto pois o ar condicionado nĆ£o estava gelando, entĆ£o relatei ao gerente, que prontamente nos realocou em outro quarto. O hotel estava com ocupaĆ§Ć£o mĆ”xima e mesmo assim consegui descansar e nĆ£o tive problemas em achar vaga no estacionamento. Recomendo!

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Tinha um cotonete imundo embaixo da cama. O ar condicionado estava sem o controle remoto. Solicitamos na recepĆ§Ć£o e falaram que iam levar no quarto e nĆ£o levaram. A sorte que o hĆ³spede vizinho era um amigo e nos emprestava o controle do ar do quarto dele para ajustar o nosso. Uma verdadeira vergonha pra um hotel desse porte. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ bem razoĆ”vel, poucas opƧƵes e muitas coisas de padaria em estado de velho, duros e murchos. Com certeza nĆ£o volto.
