Tend to use this hotel and normally book direct but had a Hotels.com voucher to use, hotel is a great location for shopping, dining and only a 20-30 minute tube ride into central London which is ideal for visiting for events etc if not from the area - hotel breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned well but do suggest slight maintenance upkeep needed but not a massive concern as still modern but worth up keeping - great overall stay for distance travellers to the area that want the best of everything

The staff were very friendly from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was very tasty and stays open later on a Sunday. We got breakfast added free to our booking thanks to the kind staff as we were celebrating just becoming newlyweds. And we were also able to extend our checkout with ease.
