Great property to stay at. Metro stop within 5-10 minutes walking distance and takes 10 minutes to get into the city center. Rooms were spacious for European standards. The rooms had amazing views and were clean and modern, but some ware. The breakfast buffet was very good, but overpriced. Overall, great place to make a base for any visit to Copenhagen.

The hotel itself is nice. Being woken up by a loud fire alarm after 4 hours of sleep and having to walk down from a top floor with all the others guests is NOT. Later I learned that it was a false alarm, it should have been handled in a much more professional way. The staff gave zero information and only seemed annoyed when asked what happened

The main lobby, restaurants, and hotel rooms themselves were extremely nice! However, the hallways leading to your room were extremely outdated. When I first arrived, the whole floor of my hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke. I had to go down to the lobby and request a room change. The staff there was extremely helpful and issued me a new room immediately.
