Room was good and food was very good. Good entertainment shows every evening. Great place. Nice walk (15-20min) to the beach. 20 min the next town. 40 min bus ride to los llanos from fuencaliente. Beautiful island, not too busy in summer, just right for our taste.

Lovely resort

Massive complex,so some rooms are quite a trek from the pools, but they are excellent pools, food as expected, grounds and buildings really good condition and clean, clearing service bit slow at meals, good WiFi, quite isolated, nothing within walking distance but bus stop outside hotel if you feel like exploring, although car a much more practical option.

We stayed one week at this large holiday resort in La Palma with stunning views and several great swimming pools. The resort is family-friendly and offers plenty of amenities. However, the check-in process was frustrating, taking over an hour after a long journey. While the rooms were clean, they clearly needed maintenance, with noticeable mold in the bathrooms. The food at the Food Market was okay but often overcooked and dry, and the coffee was disappointing. Overall, it’s a decent option for families but could improve in key areas.

Very all inclusive style. Mass amount of people. They're were live cockroaches not only on the grounds but in the dinning hall. Location is very inconveniente. Long windy road to leave the hotel to get anywhere. Couldn't turn off a/c in the room.

For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great.

We had a room 5105S in a great location, close to everything with a great view. Beds were very comfortable, the black out drapes kept the light out and the sofa bed added a nice extra seating area. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained, the pools absolutely stunning but not well patronized except for the heated one. We preferred the times without animation, thankfully there wasn’t much, thank god because it was horrible noise. We complained and it seemed to work, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to escape on the premises, not even our room. It should not be allowed. Both morning and evening buffets had a lot of choices and very good food but the access to what one is looking for very badly planned. To put butter with salad ( to keep it cold ?) Is plain stupid in this climate; not close to the breads ? Hiding spoons, napkins, bowls, condiments, in an entire week, we never mastered the illogical presentation of foods. Everything was quite tasty and well prepared but within an hour of opening the buffets, they were out of juices, cafes, red wine or popular meats and they didn’t replenish. The cleanliness of the dishes and utensils were often questionable, and the crowd management tedious. We were even made to wait outside, unprotected from the rain. But the property is beautifully stunning, not easy to access which adds to the charm and with a car to tour around, had a very nice week taking advantage of the different sites on that side of the island.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf La Palma und sind absolut begeistert von dieser tollen Hotelanlage. Frühstücken direkt am Meer, eine gigantische Poollandschaft, eine vielfältige und abwechslungsreiche Kulinarik im Hauptrestaurant, Spa-Bereich uvm. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und vergleichsweise groß. Wir hatten ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, Ausflüge zu buchen. Wir waren am Roque des los Muchachos inklusive Sternenbeobachtung. Dafür muss man ca. 10 Stunden inkl. Hin- und Rückfahrt einplanen, aber es lohnt sich. Ansonsten besteht die Möglichkeit, sich vor Ort ein Auto zu mieten, oder einen Bus zu nehmen. Zu Fuß kommt man hier nicht so leicht weg (Steilküste). Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr weitläufig, das ist aber sehr gut für ein bisschen Bewegung zwischen den Mahlzeiten. Schade ist nur, dass der nächstgelegene Badestrand am Meer eher schlecht zu erreichen ist (26 Min. laut Google Maps über eine asphaltierte Straße).

El hotel tiene unas opciones enormes, el problema es que no se le saca partido. Hay camareros que están amargados con su trabajo, el horario del bar de la piscina es de risa, cerrar a las 18:00h cuando por lo menos estás en la piscina una hora más. Horarios ridicululos. Animación 0, hay 4 actividades al día y ya las puedes buscar tú pq nadie viene por el hotel ofreciéndote la actividad y las actuaciones de la noche .... Mejor ni lo comentamos. Con las instalaciones que tienen lo que podrían hacer ahí......

Prachtig gelegen groot en netjes resort voorzien van alle gemakken. Vriendelijk personeel. Beetje gedateerde kamer 9103S maar groot en van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoonmaak indien gewenst elke dag. Eten in biffervorm en veel keuzes. Hadden half pension en daar hoort geen drinken bij bij avondeten. Vinden we apart. Kosten drankjes op zich prima, heerlijke week in voorseizoen gehad.

Prima all inclusive

Echt een all inclusive hotel Inchecken duurde even. Ontbijt zeer goed alles aanwezig en goede kwaliteit Avondmaaltijden of beter aanbod redelijk uitgebreid en kwaliteit best goed. Zeker salade en fruit deel alsmede de desserts Helaas geen koffie optie als dessert optie Vlees kwaliteit. De steaks ed vond ik echt zeer magere kwaliteit. Ook viel het regelmatig uit de toon met andere gerechten zodat alles maar beetje los op je bord lag. De meer thema gerichte opties zoals mexican was goed alleen vlakke smaak. Voor iedere mond dus geschikt Kamers zijn perfect. Ook bedden. Kan niet anders zeggen. Uitzicht op zonsondergang is aanrader. Goede compensatie want hotel ligt ver weg van alles.20 minuten naar fuencaliente als eerste dorp dichtbij. Voor wandelaars zoals ik mss daarom wat onhandig. Auto dan nodig. Gemakswinkel veel te duur, beperkt iets te krijgen. Voor wandelaars was optie lunch pakketje fijn geweest.

Ottimi servizi, il buffet è molto ricco e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Ci sono due piscine riscaldate, utilizzabili anche in inverno. Unica pecca: aprirei la spa un'oretta per i ragazzi. Che non sia aperta per i bambini (sotto gli 11 anni) è un vero plus.
