The best part of our stay was the interactions with Robbie at the front desk. From the time we checked in to check out, he went out of his way to be helpful, attentive and kind—even remembered our names! Always smiling and engaging, he represents the property well in his attention to quality customer experience.

Very serviceable room, amazing staff that helped with everything. Walls are a little thin and could hear the room over as if they were in my room.

For the price, the room and hotel were great. They should try providing slightly more inexpensive amenities/ nicer touches, which I believe would go a long way. Cleaning service unfortunately did not visit when they were supposed to. Great choice for a short weekend stay. If staying longer, I’d stretch your budget for something a little nicer.

Decent hotel in a very convent location for many downtown SF attractions. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to the Tenderloin and Polk street actions. Customer Service was nice and average, rooms were clean and simple, and the hotel seemed to be well maintained. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. Parking can be difficult but there are garages nearby.

Nice place. 2 issues. No fan in the bathroom and the AC was tricky to figure out so had to sleep with window open and hear the street life all night. Other than that, clean room, nice and helpful staff. Solid location, as well

I arrived at 1 a.m. because I thought I had booked for that night. At reception, I realized my booking was actually for the following night. The receptionist was very helpful and kindly let me check in early at 4 a.m.

Room was very clean and perfect for what we needed! It was a little stuffy in our room, but still very nice. Location was good, provided great access to lots of the city. Would recommend for your stay. Just be weary of walking alone in the neighborhood at night. Specifically, if you take public transport from the airport, I wouldn't walk alone with your luggage to the hotel at night. Regardless, still would recommend staying here!

It’s got that 1930’s San Francisco charm. Centrally located, so much to do right there. I really liked it, I’ll stay there next time in town absolutely. Just spent 4 nights in SF

Great hotel at a very reasonable price. Very clean room and very centralized amongst the town. Within walking distance to a lot of places like Union Square, Chinatown, Little Italy and if you're brave enough to Fisherman's Dwarf. Great hotel location.

Wonderful stay ! The hotel was clean, honest, and incredible service! The hotel did a fantastic job of setting proper expectations regarding their offerings right from the start, so we knew exactly what to expect. Everything was clean, but what truly made our stay memorable was the staff. They are absolutely fantastic! A special shout-out to Robbie, who treated us like family from the moment we arrived. We felt so welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Loved the location, cleanliness, price, cappuccino machine at reception, soup in the bathroom, etc etc etc. It was $132 on a Thursday in May.

This was a great place to stay for my husband’s surgery at UCSF Hyde. Only a 2 block walk. Expect a mixture of old ( but clean) building with some modern fixtures. Coffee and microwave in lobby , not in room. Mini fridge in room. Some attention to detail would be nice ( extra mirror would be helpful , shower curtain ripped , stairs needed vacuum) . Spacious room, Nice bedding, felt safe, lots of food nearby, especially Asian Cuisine. Overall an excellent value and would stay again.
