I emailed and asked about the possibility of a 2:00 check in so that we would have time to get ready and get to the venue and received a very quick response telling me that our room would be ready for our 2:00 check in, and it was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very Nice Hotel in an Easily Accessible Location

We stayed at the Garner Inn & Suites after a concert at the Surf Ballroom in nearby Clear Lake. It's about a 10 or 15 minute drive from Clear Lake, super easy, just down the highway. The Garner Inn is very comfortable and well appointed, actually nicer than you might expect to find in a small town. The breakfast included hot items like sausage and omelets, in addition to the expected items like a waffle machine and muffins and yogurt. Staff was very friendly.

We like the property. There was one night stand and not to, and the standing lamp was a little bit tweaked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had. It was a nice bed to spend the night in while we were in town for conference. So we like the place.
