Hotel MELIA in Chiang Mai is SUPER ! OUTSTANDING establishment, super clean premises and rooms ! Very friendly staff, all speaking very well English and very helpful and thoughtful. I very highly recommend this hotel. The only minus point I would attribute, is that it took some 10 min. Before we were attended by the bartender to take our order, and this two (2) nights in a row. The epitome of Asian hospitality, the staff were genuinely friendly and took pride in their work. They accommodated my requests, rooms were clean and beds were comfy and cosy. I had booked some spa treatments and they accommodated my request to have my elderly mother sit in the treatment room with me as she has dementia and cannot be on her own. If I ever visit Chiang Mai again I will definitely stay there.
