Super new and spotless. Staff speaks some English and they are very helpful. Breakfast is fantastic, if not especially cheap. Very nice public bath and great free coffee in the lobby. The only downside is that it’s a 10 minute's walk from the nearest metro station, but that’s a minor concern. One of my favorite hotels so far in Tokyo.

Great hotel, not too far from a couple of subway lines and close to Ginza. Fantastic fish market just outside along Namiyoke dori. The room we chose was spacious and very clean, good for a family of four with our 2yo sleeping in a crib. Public bath access included in our stay, recommended experience to relax an wash away the tiredness of a long day of walking. Great breakfast with a mix of Japanese and international food.

Rooms were clean, breakfast had a good selection, staff was very attentive and friendly. The only thing is if you have tattoos you can’t use the public bath or sauna (which is common in Japan and we were aware prior that we may not be allowed) and the gym is really just a few cardio machines, no weights of any kind.

The location of the hotel is excellent; lots of nice Japanese food restaurants. Many of these restaurants are small and quaint run by seniors japanese and therefore authentic. The staff are very polite and helpful. Love the hotel. I would stay here again.

Staff were great! Kept room clean, and yes, initially we booked the relax single bed room, had to upgrade for a larger room but with twin beds. Better than previous room, so the total 5 nites stay was pleasant.

This hotel is excellent. It's modern, clean, and quiet. Its location is ideal for anyone traveling by subway; the neighborhood is also very walkable. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of food, all of which is delicious and fresh.
