Great Hotel. A very comfortable stay for 6 nights. No noise audible from local bars and restaurants. Great location for 5th avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only downside’s were a rather noisy AC in the room and very little shade ariund the pool. The beakfast was OK. Not startling. Overall would def recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great pool area, big rooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside was the bathroom layout with sliding and glass doors opening to the hallway/room, which is not very practical when travelling with friends. I recommend 100 % this hotel. I stayed for 7 days right after urgent surgery, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover. All the staff showed exceptional kindness. They even called the on-call doctor when they saw I needed help. I felt safe and truly cared for. Spotless hotel, spacious room, very comfortable bed, and a lovely city-view balcony. Room service was a huge help during my first days. Perfect location with Chedraui (grocery store) right downstairs and the 5th & 38 Avenue and the beach just minutes away. Thank you to the entire team for your humanity and care.

Great hotel! My stay was great, beautiful rooftop pool, 10 min walk to the beach (3 long blocks), super cool stadium and track next door.
