One of the best in Chiapas!!!

This a new and 5 star quality boutique hotel that can easily be compared to St Regis or Ritz Carlton! We stayed here for 5days and had a wonderful time as a family! During our stay here in July 2025, we felt we were the only guests in this hotel which felt strange. We also ate at their restaurant where we saw very few guests but were not staying in the hotel. All the staff from rest, bar, front desk and housekeepers were professional, courteous, and kind. The only drawbacks to this hotel was location. It was a distance away from the plaza and Centro. Uber doesn't work in Chiapas so hailing a taxi takes time from the hotel. The solution, befriend a local taxi driver and text them when you want them to pick you up. A few suggestions to even elevate this hotel: 1) have a heated pool (no other luxury hotel in San Cris has a pool). There is a garden courtyard where a pool can fit on one side of the walkway. 2) have hair dryers in the bathrooms. Strange that a lux hotel didn't have one (or is it only upon request?).

Me hospedé 2 noches. Llegué a las 19 horas al hotel y no había agua caliente. Me duché con agua tibia la primera noche. Las camas de la habitación 118 y 113 son muy incomodas. El baño tenía moho en los techos, no servian dos lamparas y el frigobar nos lo cambiaron. La propiedad es muy bonita y espaciosa. La decoración esta esmerada en los espacios comunes. Hay mucho que se puede mejorar en las habitaciones. El precio no vale lo que recibes.
