This Hotel was great, my family and I loved it very clean and staff is very friendly. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5star rating is because the sea level is low often and the beach area is no good when that happens.

Staff was great very accommodating. By a very busy highway but back enough from the noise. Scooter recommended as not easy to travel by foot. Restaurant here very pricey. Clean, comfortable space lots of different pool areas. Like the big fridge in the room. Don’t know that I would go back to this area nothing to do with the hotel.

We had the most amazing time. My boyfriend and i went for a romantic week away, we are both vegetarian and pretty quiet people. There wasnt a ton of vegetarian option, because its not as normal in Thailand to be vegetarian (i found), but the kitchen and staff were phenominally accommodating to modifications. We set up their romantic dinner for 2 package, which they agan were incredibly accommodating and they set up an absolutely beautiful heart light display. My boyfriend is now my fiancé, as we got engaged during our romantic dinner on the beach. The rooms were beautiful, clean and quiet. We had an amazing time!!! Neung and the restaurant manager who organized our special evening were extra special for us. PLUS! The beach was right there, beautiful views of the sunrise and the moon.

The Beachfront hotel review. This hotel was rated 5 star. The room, the bed and cleanliness of the room was for me 5 star which was excellent. However the rest of the hotel looked more like a 4 star hotel. The food was very average and the worst part of the hotel was the actual Beach. This hotel is called the beachfront hotel however the beach was a 2 star. the beach was dirty and the ocean water un swimmable. in conclusion, if you want to have an amazing room in the area and don't care about the rest of the hotel or the beach this is your spot.

Room and staff were great! This said, the noise in the hallways was horrible, people returning after a night of drinking were screaming, banging on doors and just unruly. There should be staff supervising this as it happened each night of our 4 day stay. Location is far from the tourist area and the beach is absolutely disgusting. Once again, staff were wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we could need.

Please note that the reception is NOT 24/7 as indicated…I found myself in a difficult situation when I arrived due to my plane being late. Luckily a security guard was able to contact a housekeeper, who let me in. The hotel staff made up for the miscommunication with a restaurant voucher, so I was happy.

Expedia sold the hotel as a 5 stars its not. The hotel is okay the staff is really nice. The room was nice and big but no view and the pool way to cold to swim in and beach you can't swim it the there. If you are Muslim the hotel cater to you perfectly, if you are not and like bacon to your eggs in the mornings this is not the place to stay.

The room was nice and clean and the service was phenomenal. They were so kind and always willing to help out without even asking, but I did find a cigarette butt in the pool that stayed there the entire time that I was there. Also, I didn’t know how to lock the back door and no matter what I did it didn’t lock.

The resort is next to some nasty smelling rotting trash. You will have to plug your nose walking down to the breakfast area. The food was ok but the foul stenches around the property make it hard to enjoy food. The beach is disappointing. It’s a pond and no real beachfront. Also sketchy looking murky water. No waves. Nothing. The pool is nice but the tiles were dirty, missing in many spots and kids in the adult pool. Bandages floating everywhere too. Bed is like a rock. Uncomfortable. Worth the $80 tho. Private pool access is nice too. Don’t drink the water! Not even for brushing teeth!
