8/10 Very good

Overall great hotel, easy to get to from the airport and S station. Would recommend they upgrade the bed and pillows as they were both flat (could feel the springs). Otherwise we appreciated how close restaurants and groceries were to the hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

My daughter and I and her 3 young children stayed here night before a flight out of Frankfurt. The staff went above and beyond in helping us get into our 2 rooms. We enjoyed having the extra room. We did not eat here but there is a full grocery store plus plenty of restaurants nearby. We took a taxi to FRA terminal 3 for our flight. I would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Super clean, modern rooms! This was my second stay and loved it - again. Close to the airport. Front desk staff is also super friendly. Highly recommend. Work out room is a little small, but at least there is one.

10/10 Exceptional

I love this hotel. It's very easily accessible from the Frankfurt Airport (one stop on the S-Bahn) so it's a great place to stay when arriving and/or leaving Germany. The rooms are excellent with a great and useful kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a meal (fridge, microwave, stovetop, plates, pots, etc.) and the staff is absolutely wonderful - very friendly and full of great recommendations for things to do in Frankfurt. We will stay here again on future trips! The only downside is that the transit ticket into central Frankfurt is more expensive if you stay here while visiting the city as it's considered to be in the airport zone, but it was worth it for the convenience and the excellent service.

10/10 Exceptional

Very nice place to stay near the airport. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store very close. There is not an airport shuttle service but we had no problem getting a cab. Also there is a train station about 500m from hotel that is one stop from FRA, if you travel light!

We stayed for one night between flights. The place is very clean, spacious enough for three people. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Most of all, the people took great care of us. Highly recommended.

This was a lovely first stop on our Europe trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we had some questions about the train station locations and how early we should arrive for our ticketed departures. Breakfast was lovely and filling, lots of great fresh options. Also very close to a nice supermarket and restaurants, easy to get to city center if you’re staying longer, we were here for one night.
