Cute cabin in historically significant place. Staff was helpful, cabin was comfortable and clean. Shared bathroom was a short walk away and clean. Excellent restaurant.

The lodge is comfortable and great food at the restaurant. WiFi only in the lodge not the rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful surroundings. We had a rustic cabin with shared bathrooms and the bathrooms were very clean and fresh smelling.

Restaurant was wonderful and so convenient to lodging; quiet; staff was friendly and helpful; we ate breakfast and dinner every day and all meals were delicious. Hubby said margaritas were excellent. We stayed in cabin 8 and everything was clean and comfortable; the only minor suggestion I have is to put a reading lamp with a larger bulb next to reading chair! Dusting the interior logs annually would also be a good idea. Bathroom was spotless!
Water was low in August but still beautiful and peaceful.

I love the setting of Lochsa Lodge, and have stopped by, and occasionally stayed overnight. I have eaten there many times. I feel the current menu is trying to be too trendy, and food quality has suffered. This is Idaho, rural territory, not Seattle.

The absolute best lodge in the PNW hands down. Staff are always super friendly & welcoming, And the cabins are consistently stocked with firewood and Clean fresh towels. Their convenient store has just about everything you need incase you forget something, and the restaurant has phenomenal food & drinks. It’s always my favorite place for a weekend getaway, With better views than almost anywhere and Affordable prices, It’s impossible to beat. Can’t wait to go back!

On Sunday afternoon, even though restaurant had only 2 tables sat and deck had 3 tables sat, our party of 3 had to wait over 30 minutes to get a table to relax and have a drink. It's hard to relax over a drink, which is why we were there, when you have to wait in a lobby area for 30+ minutes for a mostly empty restaurant and deck.
