Nice and well maintained older hotel. Rooms seem to have been recently renovated with updated bathrooms. Our room was spacious and had a very large balcony overlooking the park in front of the hotel. Good underground parking facilities was a plus for us. Walking distance to the beach (5 min). Main restaurant area of Juan Les Pins could also be reached within a 15 minutes walk along the beach front. The train station was also located in walking distance and we went to both Nice and Monaco during our 7 days stay. A good breakfast gave a good start on the day.

Location, location… and clean 👌

Considering its a 3 Star hotel, its was good value for money. The location is very nice - only a five minute walk to the beach and 10 min to the ‘main’ restaurant area of Juan les Pins. We had a decent room at the top (6th floor / corner) with 1 x king size and 2 x single beds for the kids. Breakfast was so/so but was included. Cannot say it’s worth EUR 16/head if not included.

Such a nice place if slightly dated. Well built and very nicely cared for. Good breakfast too except for the coffee. Approachable maids. The front desk was always busy though and only one woman spoke English and she was less than friendly. Still I’d stay there again!
