This hotel was in a great location and the staff were very nice. Our room was really nice and it had a great view of the main square. I was very pleased with this place and would for sure stay here again.

The hotel has amazing location and nice, spacious rooms! It’s located in walking only zone, taxi/uber drops you at Ibris hotel nearby so be prepared to walk over some cobblestone with luggage. Some service vehicles can access that walking zone before 11am but not transport. Location alone is worth it!

6/10 Good

This hotel is an easy walk from the Gare Centrale in Brussels. From the hotel it is about a 2 minute walk to the Grande Place which is very impressive. Cleaning and room staff excellent. Reception staff went beyond the norm to give you help about places to eat etc. On the down side there is really no proper reception area and breakfast is in the Lloyds Coffee shop which is the entrance to the hotel and breakfast there was not that good. There was also a «drainage » smell in the bathroom which suggested maintenance issues unrelated to the excellent cleaning staff. There is a sister hotel , the Alma Grande about 5 mins walk away where the breakfast was better.

The toilet in the Ground floor was nasty! Shower in the room was too low for us to even come under. Otherwise great location, nice staff.
