I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel has been newly renovated and everything felt fresh, modern, and well maintained. I stayed in a Superior Double Room, which was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice and large bed. The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, I had a great experience and can strongly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, five mins from cathedral and sea. Sauna was ok, but male and females were separate, not ideal if in a couple. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, reception staff were always very helpful. Not kettle/tea in room, but you can purchase in reception. Bar is shut on a Sunday night.

Loved the hotel! I was travelling with kids (9-12 yo) and we had a gorgeus newly renovated room with plenty of space and nice views. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Only downside was that gym and sauna was only open in the evening as there were renovations around it - but Allas pool with sauna is minutes away so we were ok! The location is fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Room was good but it did say that the room had AC however that is not true. You couldn’t even open any windows, this reallly wasn’t good in the month of July. The beds were soft and good and the bathroom was large. The breakfast was of medium quality if you think of that you are charged extra of it.

The free buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced. Beds so very comfortable and pillows too. Our third guest used a pull out couch and said it was very comfortable too. I wish they provided tissues in the room. There is construction on site mostly out of site and ends about 5 pm. Laundry is limited hours perhaps due to construction. $5 pays for one load washer and dryer and they provide detergent for that price (American $$). We enjoyed dinner both nights of our stay and everything was terrific. Walking distance to the huge Farris wheel, market square and ferry to the fortress island which we enjoyed. All staff was friendly and helpful. We arranged a ride from airport and later to our NCL port which was 15 minutes away. Viking was walking distance. We would stay here again no doubt.
