Visited for a concert at Dusseldorf and this was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful big rooms with everything that you could need for a short stay. Staff were very helpful with whatever we needed. Would definitely recommend this pace.

First class value for the money. Great breakfast and all in all a very decent hotel. Lots of bus routes right outside the hotel as well.

Check in and check out was a breeze, the bed was very comfy and the room was cozy. All deserve a 10/10. Jamie the manager was very attentive to my requirements and very helpful.

Great hotel and comfy beds

Superb beds and so comfy. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. These are only purchased at the bar and felt somewhat let down not having a brew in the morning.

8/10 Very good

I like the Niu vibe and its prices. This was close to the Altstadt for an evening meal. Check in and Service was very good and the room as expected and value for money. The rebrand of Holiday Inn to Niu is rolling out across Germany and prices are increasing but the old 'Express' concept and feel can still exist. Beware.

6/10 Good

It’s a ok hotel. We stayed one night. The Aircondition was broken, we booked the hotel just for the Ac…… they just apologized…no free drinks or coffee or anything else. They recommended where to eat and it tasted really good and was just what we wanted. It’s a good price for the hotel if the Ac works!

Standard city hotel

Pretty much exactly what one would expect - not spectacular, but good enough and appropriately priced. Rooms and bathrooms seem modern, bed a little on the soft side.

2/10 Poor

Perhaps the shabbiest Holiday Inn Europe I’ve experienced. Looks and feels like an aged local hotel that’s in the process of being rebranding. No possibility of reserving parking. The personnel, however, was kind.

10/10 Exceptional

Bra parkering under huset med hiss upp till reception och rum. Tyvärr bara 1 trång hiss, så under ”rush-hour” kunde det bli väntetid. Stort, tyst rum. Stora prisskillnader i rumspris beroende på efterfrågan. Utmärkt frukostbuffé.
