We only had to wait 3-4 minutes to be picked up from the airport and it left promptly on the half hour the next morning on our return trip to the airport, just as promised. The driver was knowledgeable and dropped us directly at our terminal. It was so nice not having to stress about getting to & from their airport after a long flight.

I've stayed at many different airport hotels but this was by far the best. The airport shuttle picked us up promptly at the airport. When we arrived Junior was there to greet us and take our bags. I've never experienced that kind of service from an airport hotel. Junior gave us a warm welcome and took our bags for a speedy check in. He mentioned they were serving complimentary ice cream in the lobby. This hotel clearly goes out of its way to make guests feel welcome. Our room was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The airport shuttle was the reason we stayed there. Staff was perfectly helpful- with check in, communicating shuttle, shuttle driver with bags, and our bellhop with bags. When we came in late and wanted to get food at the cafe, person there suggested we order bring bags up and come back down when food was ready. We were very grateful for this idea as we had our child with us. The reason I gave less stars was because - the bathroom was moldy in the shower in multiple places. Needs new grout - stains and food or some debris on walls by desk - carpet felt very sticky/unclean - room felt like it needed a deep clean - more minor, construction out front
