The room was great and very relaxing. Apart from the Smart TV casting not working and the ceiling fan being quite noisy, everything else was good. The pool was excellent, and the location was really nice. The biggest let-down, however, was the service experience. Both the check-in and check-out experiences were disappointing, and there was very little sense of guest recognition, particularly given that I was celebrating my birthday at the property. I had also made a few requests in advance regarding additional amenities, as I was staying with my children in a family suite, but unfortunately these were not fulfilled. It’s a shame, as the hotel itself has many great elements, but there is a noticeable mismatch between the quality of the property and the human experience provided by the staff. With better attention to service and guest experience, this could have been a much more memorable stay.

The staff are all very friendly, efficient and proactive. The front desk staff offered towels to us when we were on the way to swimming pools. The only down side is that there were other guests who didn’t respect the swimming pool rule and was playing with the life saving ring even when they had been stopped once, and they were trying to remove our towels from the chair. Their behaviors were very disturbing and we had to cut short our time there.

Our first family staycation with our little one was much less intimidating with great help from the service staff from the hotel- even before our stay! Our concerns were addressed before we made the booking and we were so glad that we chose this hotel! The Staff, Peter, was super friendly and helped us with our items, offered umbrella when the weather was gloomy and offered our baby snacks! The hotel acceded to our request for baby amenities such as steriliser, baby tub, baby cot, shower amenities, and even upgraded our room which made our stay very comfortable and memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short getaway or staycay at Sentosa! Worth the money (: Baby really enjoyed herself too, including a quick swim in the bath tub (:

We booked a last minute stay and were thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. We were able to visit the beach and local shopping mall by the convenient monorail opposite the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay.
