What I liked:
I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous.
What I didn’t like:
The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation.
Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead.
Overall:
Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again.
