10/10 Exceptional

Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Nice & quiet AC system. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nice location in center of Athens that lends itself to feeling safe day or night. Easy walk to the historical sites, and surrounded by plenty of good eats, drinks, coffee and treats, and shopping.

8/10 Very good

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a nice quiet area with a really good restaurant across the square. The room was clean and the bed was very big and comfy. The staff were great, very friendly and had good recommendations and we appreciated the water and coffee in the room each day. I was a bit disappointed that use of the steam room etc wasn't included, I thought it was only the treatments that were an extra cost. We also both got an allergy from the bedding but I guess that shows they use strong detergent to make it clean!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond - eg they offered to store my bag while we did a trip to the islands in the middle of our hotel stay. Renovations underway that didn’t affect our visit. Bistro had great food and drinks.

Helpful check in staff. Clean and good air conditioning. Great location and really good restaurant opposite which was Mezze style. No window in room and shower gel not topped up but otherwise had good facilities- safe, minibar and hairdryer. Only had breakfast once at hotel but was tasty and cooked to order.
