We enjoyed our stay. Close to the mall, train and other attractions. The only thing that would have made it better would be if the pool water was warmer. Couldn’t even use it. Breakfast was good. Wish it was included. Items were good, but eggs were usually cold unless it was one taken right off the grill.

The property is well maintained and the staff are polite and helpful, however we booked a room for 4 people (two adults and an 11 and 9 year old) and arrived to discover the twin room booked for our group contained two single beds. We ended up spending another £30 on an additional bed for the night. At breakfast we were told only two of our party were covered and had to argue that we’d booked a room for four so should all be included. I’m not sure if this is a hotels.com issue or the hotel/properties. If booking for a family be aware that you may find you incur significant additional charges. The pool are was very well kept and quiet. The breakfast wasn’t great so I’m very glad we didn’t pay extra for two of us to have it.
