The kitchen is small but has most things. Bear in mind the cups are not mugs but espresso cups, so if you want a mug of tea bring your own mugs! Also no toaster but the microwave is an oven too so you can use that. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and they do room service.

This hotel isn't in the best area of town. My guess is that it used to be a part of what seems to be a lower-income housing complex. However, when booking for a family of 5, we couldn't book 2 hotel rooms in downtown Amsterdam. This hotel has an ok gym and restaurant. It's close to grocery stores, restaurants and the train/bus stop.

The property is a 20-30 minute bus ride from downtown. Facility was as described although I found lighting a bit of a problem in the kitchen area, The Laundry was small with only 3 washers and 2 dryers so a bit of a wait to use that and we had to pay extra to check in early.
