Rude receptionist on check-in, door to room would've close properly, stains on carpet, bedspread, and table by bed, no microwave, ZERO linen service over 3 days, barking dog in room next door, broken chair at desk. Absolutely horrible condition for my room!!
Door wouldn't close (or lock) properly without pulling up harshly on the handle. Door hinge needs maintenance.
