10/10 Exceptional

The Sheraton was our go-to when we evacuated Poipu due to hurricane Lowell. They were very accommodating providing food, water, etc even when no power was available in our room. Can’t say enough about how sweet the staff was during our stay, even though they were extremely shorthanded.

Amazing place to stay. Amenities are great and the pool is awesome. My only complaint is the a/c in the room was not great, but really not a big deal!

We had to last minute book because of the hurricane. Really appreciate the staff feeding us and helping us find a taxi to the airport. They helped make us feel safe during a stressful time.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed for one night and was a last minute booking due to our original plans of backpacking the Kalalau trail being canceled due to the trail closing from hurricane Lola on our weekend :( The property was well maintained and comfortable. The check-in was easy and we appreciated that the pool was open until 10pm. We ate at the poolside restaurant the next day and loved the poke nachos. One thing I caught after checkout was that we were supposed to have a "welcome drink" and lei provided to us included in our resort fee and we were only given the leis. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!
