It was ur basic budget, bed and shower. The wood frame mirror in our bathroom was held together with black duct tape. The room was so, so clean. Needs updated badly. It was a down grade from the Quality Inns I've stayed at in the past. The breakfast buffet was a far cry from a buffet. Waffles, toast, cold cereal and watered down coffee. We needed a clean bed and a shower for an unexpected overnight trip, without a large expense. This was ok for what we paid.

We had room 225 and the room was clean, the air conditioning, fridge, TV, lights and vent in bathroom all worked. They had a coffee maker and cups, creamer/sugar, and an ice bucket and cups. We did use the icemaker and it was clean. The water pressure was not too bad and stayed the same temp the whole time. The breakfast was not a lot, make your own waffles, toast, apples, yogurt, milk and cereal, coffee and juice. There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling, they cleaned the bathroom and left the previous person's bar of soap behind, and the hallway smelled like marijuana. Only smelled it in the room when we used the bathroom vent. Room seemed fairly updated. The bed was comfortable and had a variety of pillows to choose from. I would stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Niagara Falls. The location was good, and the staff was friendly when I reported an issue with my room. However, when I arrived, the bed sheets were dirty, and the room was not as clean as I expected. Thankfully, after I informed the front desk, someone came to replace the sheets and clean the room. Overall, my stay was acceptable, but I think the hotel should pay more attention to cleanliness before guests arrive. With better housekeeping, the experience would have been much better.

Well, the first room smelled like cigarettes. They did switch it for me—the other one was very clean—but the common areas were very, very dirty; the restaurant, the hallways, and the stairwells were all filthy. They really should clean more often. The air conditioning was indeed very good, and the staff were helpful.

We arrived and checked in with a friendly staff member. Went up to our room (King bed) and it was not cleaned, dirty towels all over the bathroom and bed was slept in. Returned to the front desk, staff was apologetic. She afforded to have the room cleaned, change rooms or a refund. We choose a different room but had to go with 2 double beds. That room was okay but the floor was dirty, in bad need of mopping. The whole hotel looks like it could use some updating. Our biggest compliant is the inconsiderate guests, wanting to have loud conversations with rooms across from each other. The hallways are all tile, so the sound carries all the way up and down the hallways.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Only downside was the guest upstairs. We were on the main floor and starting just before 6am until 1130 pm, all we could hear was people stomping around. It kept us up and woke us up early. There was a wedding there too and there was a lot of noise from that, but that’s expected being so close to the reception hall. A room farther away from it would be much better. The pool appeared ok, not the cleanest but we did not swim. Breakfast was included. But we had to leave by 6:30 on day one so missed it as it doesn’t start until 7:00. On day two, we made it around 7:30 and it was packed. Small area for such a large hotel. Lots of items were out of stock and got replenished after we had left. Overall the staff were very friendly

Rooms were a little dirty. We let the front desk know the toilet still had stuff on it. They handed us the spray bottle and a rag. We sprayed it and cleaned it a few times before using it. I cleaned the room myself. The beds are comfy. It was nice quiet stay.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient — just one bus ride away from the Fashion Outlets at Niagara Falls. However, the breakfast options were quite limited. My first clue should have been the filthy corridor floors. The first room I was given had an old bedspread with stains on them (which had been washed but didn't come out). The floor had not been swept and the furniture had food stains on it. The bathroom sink was cracked and the toilet had been wiped at but not cleaned. The room smelled. After requesting a change I was given a room which was at least cleaner and didn't smell. Unfortunately there were stains on one of the towels. With any room near the lobby you hear all of the sounds from the lobby area. The continental breakfast was adequate as long as you were into carbs. A number of the amenities listed on its website did not exist. This is only a place to lay your head and not much else. Spend a little bit more for a good nights sleep, a good breakfast and peace of mind about where you are staying.
