We had an ocean front balcony which was perfect for sunrises. Daily hot breakfast was really good, and access to coffee, tea, cocoa, and cold drinks in the lobby was much appreciated. The only negatives were really loud air conditioner in our room which really affected our sleep, and the mattresses need an upgrade, and room cleaning is every 3 days, and doesn't include vacuuming sandy floors in our room.

Highly recommended hotel. Perfect location to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. The price was fair. Our room and the hotel itself was clean and quiet. Dining area is kind of small but the complimentary breakfast was great with multiple options. The parking lot is tight if you’re in a big vehicle but it’s free and we didn’t have any issues finding an open spot. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to OC.

We had a great time at the hotel even though it was just for a night. checking in was a breeze and the lady at check in was very nice and polite. When we got off the elevator to our room we were advised by some staff to go on the balcony in the morning for the dolphins as they always swam by. The room was clean the the beds were very comfy. My mom enjoyed relaxing in the tub as it was very deep. We didn’t get to try the pool or any amenities as it was just a last minute stay over night. Also we didn’t eat the free breakfast as it was raining and we didn’t want to leave our building to go to the main lobby in the rain. Overall this was a great stay. The view from our balcony was beautiful as we could watch the waves and see the people enjoying the boardwalk.

There is not anything negative to be said about the hotel. It has been slightly updated since our last stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning gets a little busy and there isn't alot of space to eat in the lobby but there is always plenty of food items to choose from and they keep it well stocked thru breakfast hours. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The hotel is right on the boardwalk and is located in the perfect spot. Lots of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Definitely our choice of place to stay.
