The Manager Karolina made our time with this hotel truly memorable. The view from our room was inspiring, breakfast was delicious and dinner was enjoyable. The transport system here is easy, bus right out the front and the train just around the corner. This hotel is definitely worth putting on your list.

The hotel was very well managed. Fully booked but never seemed too crowded. They offered an excellent buffet breakfast and the service staff was wonderful. We had a family room and it was perfect for three people with a door between the living room and the bedroom. The location was a bit away from the downtown noise but still within walking distance (20-25 mins) from the downtown area. Also a Metro stop approximately 400 meters from the hotel if you prefer public transportation. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is situated within 20 minutes walk from Copenhagen Main Train Station. The check-in area felt more like a concierge service rather than a standard reception area, with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern decorated and extremely comfortable. I enjoyed it.

Stunning hotel in a great location, 5 minutes from the closest metro station. All staff members we spoke to were super helpful, friendly & welcoming. The reception and lounge areas are clean, modern and luxurious. They also offer a complimentary glass of wine each evening for radisson rewards guests, which was very welcome after a long day sightseeing! The only issue was housekeeping as dirty glasses and mugs we had used were not taken away as part of the daily cleaning service.

The room was very small, and although it had all the basic amenities, everything felt very cramped. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were good as well. However, the bath towels were quite dirty. At breakfast, cleanliness left something to be desired: I had to carefully choose which plates to use, as several still had leftover food stuck to them. The carpets in the hotel also looked quite old and worn. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the level of cleanliness and comfort. I don’t believe the hotel lives up to the standard it claims to offer, and I don’t plan to stay there again.
