Centrally located and with excellent facilities (especially the roof top pool and high quality restaurant), and helpful staff. Easy (if sometimes steep) access to lots of historic sites and restaurants and an excellent bus service to other places. If you like the ‘bustling city’ vibe this is for you, however as we’re from the country and ‘getting on’, the busyness became tiring after a few days, not helped on one or two nights by some very loud music and football celebrations that lasted into the small hours! Having said that we met some very helpful and friendly locals.

Customer Experience - Alexandra was excellent and went beyond to help. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very well/quickly and got restaurant reservation / booking every night. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of Valletta and again the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool amazing and sun deck brilliant. Fabulous hotel! Perfectly located, and the room was amazing, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Everyone who works there is so friendly, helpful and accommodating.
