"Loved loved loved this hotel. Will absolutely be coming back. Such lovely staff and beautiful location and the restaurant had amazing food."

"Amazing views and amazing rooms!"

"We stayed in the panorama suite - truly one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Views were absolutely incredible, the room is designed immaculately and it had so many amazing features (steam shower, jacuzzi bath, walk in closet). Aside from the room the lobby / bar areas of the hotel are stunning with the same beautiful views of the mountains. The ability to have direct access to the water is great. Getting into the center of the city is very easy via bus. I really hope I get the chance to...

"Great hotel. Very convenient to Lucerne, a 15 minute bus ride with the stop right in front of the hotel. Parking free, so you don't have to drive downtown and pay. A great morning buffet. Staff was most helpful."

"Great location. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Loved the hotel."

"This is a great hotel with excellent views of the lake and Mount Pilatus. The rooms were small but comfortable. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was a delicious continental style meal. There is a very convenient tram stop very close to the hotel that goes to the train station and you can also walk along the lake to the train station or the old town in about 15 minutes."

"Great boutique hotel in a central location. We had a smaller room but it was comfortable and the staff was beyond many others we stayed at during our Swiss trip. Breakfast was one of the best and staff was amazing!"

"This is great hotel, right in the heart of Lucerne. It has old world charm and excellent service. "

"Charming small hotel just 20-25 minutes by bus 21 from Lucerne station and city centre. Comfortable quiet room with good air-con. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of fresh breads, fruits, hot and cold dishes etc."

"Great location, super helpful staff, delicious breakfast option and an all round cool vibe!"

"Beautiful hotel with a stunning view of Lucern. There’s a very personalized service by the nice staff. Boris and Milena were great at the reception and Marcos at the restaurant where by the way the breakfast was great."

"AC was great. Breakfast was very nice and convenient"

"Clean & comfortable room in a fabulous and very convenient to walk to everything location. The only thing missing in the room that I really enjoy was a hot water kettle to make my own coffee and tea, however I certainly appreciated the 24 hour complimentary machine in the reception area. I would not hesitate to return this hotel."

"Great breakfast. Well maintained rooms"
