It's a great hotel: very nice & warmly welcome service; big and clean room (not a ususal small room as most of Japanese hotels); good shopping place in the hotel. This is a hotel in downtown with swimming pools (indoor & outdoor). Kids loves it. Our room is in a higher level, so we will be able to see a great sea view. The only thing is not very convenience is it takes 15 min. walk to monorail station. Since it's not very close to downtown, we need to take monorail all the time. Anyway, overall, it's a great hotel.”

於同一集團的酒店中，長崎的這一所是較新落成的一所，所以無論房間、酒店大堂、設施等均十分整潔、齊全。以價錢及酒店的性價比來說，確實無可挑剔。 唯一的一個問題在於酒店離JR站約10-15鐘的路程，雖有市內電車可代步，但若入住者並未有購入一日乘車卷，這額外費用卻有點貴(因市電定價120yen，坐10分鐘與坐2小時的價錢也是劃一)。不過，長崎並不算一個大城市，並沒有所謂的購物中心地帶或旺區等，最大的購物商場在JR旁，其餘景點遍佈長崎市內，市內遊亦只能靠市電的一日乖車卷，所以，酒店位於電車站旁已經足夠，無礙入住此酒店的意欲。”
